1. Warranty

1.1. Standard Warranty.

All Allbiotech products are covered by a two-year limited warranty from the date of delivery to the customer. This warranty protects against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

Power supplies, batteries and electronic components subject to wear and tear or misuse are warranted for 6 months, extendable to 2 years if the customer can demonstrate that the defect is of origin.

Allbiotech's warranty does not cover:

  • Cosmetic wear and tear or aesthetic imperfections that do not affect functionality.

  • Damage caused by misuse, modifications or improper handling.

  • Normal wear and tear.

  • Failures caused by external factors such as power surges, humidity or improper installation.

  • Products that have been opened, disassembled or tampered with by unauthorized persons.

Products returned under warranty will be evaluated at our sole discretion for repair, replacement or refund.

1.2. Warranty Claims Procedure.

To initiate a warranty claim, the customer must contact our support team with:

  • Proof of purchase.

  • Product serial number.

  • Description of the problem, ideally accompanied by photos or videos for technical evaluation.

Once the claim is approved, return shipping instructions will be provided. In case the problem is covered by warranty, Allbiotech will cover the return shipping costs. In all other cases, the customer will bear the shipping costs and any related charges.

No returns will be processed without prior approval or required documentation.

1.3. Repair and Replacement Conditions.

If a defect covered by the warranty is confirmed:

  • The product will be repaired or replaced at no cost to the customer.

  • Replaced items may be new or reconditioned and will have the same remaining warranty period as the original product.

  • If the product cannot be repaired or replaced, a refund may be issued at our discretion.

Repairs requested for problems not covered under warranty may incur a cost. A quotation will be provided before proceeding.

1.4. Warranty Limitations for Discounted or Customized Products.

Products purchased under promotions, collaborations or special arrangements are covered by the same standard warranty, unless otherwise specified in writing. However:

  • These items may not be refundable, even if a return is requested within the legal withdrawal period.

  • Products with customized modifications (physical alterations, special finishes or integration of third party components) are not eligible for refund, although they are still covered by the warranty in case of functional failures, unless the problem is directly related to the customization.

1.5. Customer's Responsibilities.

The customer is responsible for:

  • Verifying the condition of the products upon receipt.

  • Report any problem or defect within 7 calendar days after delivery.

  • Keep the original packaging for warranty or return processes.

We recommend testing the products immediately upon receipt. Claims submitted weeks or months later may be rejected.

1.6. Customer's Liability.

Allbiotech shall not be liable for:

  • Incidental, indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.

  • Damage to or loss of third party equipment or accessories used in conjunction with Allbiotech products.

  • Loss of revenue, production time or data.

This warranty is not transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

2. Shipments

2.1. Processing Times.

Most Allbiotech products require a preparation and handling period of 60 working days from order confirmation. This phase ensures quality control, secure packaging and-where applicable-system calibration.

Estimated delivery times start after this phase and depend on the destination:

  • Spain (peninsula): 24 to 48 working hours.

  • European Union: 3 to 4 working days.

  • International: 5 to 7 working days.

We do our best to meet the estimated times, but delays may arise due to product complexity, third party logistics or customs. Allbiotech is not responsible for these delays.

Orders placed after 12:00 PM CET are processed the next business day.

2.2. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. It is the customer's responsibility to monitor the tracking and ensure that someone is available to receive the package.

Shipping confirmation constitutes a transfer of responsibility to the carrier. Unless expressly requested and paid for, Allbiotech does not insure shipments.

2.3. Signature and Delivery.

To ensure safe delivery, signature is required upon receipt of shipment. If the carrier confirms delivery, but the customer reports that the package was not received (e.g., left at the door), Noxon is not responsible unless it is proven that it was the carrier's error and not negligence or absence of the recipient.

If you foresee delivery complications, please inform us in advance to consider special solutions.

2.4. Address Changes and Delivery Intervention.

We only ship to the address provided at the time of purchase. If a correction or redirection is needed after shipment, please contact us immediately. A carrier charge may apply, which will be borne by the customer.

Allbiotech is not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect, incomplete or outdated addresses provided by the customer.

2.5. Customs and International Charges.

For shipments outside the EU, the recipient is fully responsible for any duties, import taxes or local customs procedures. These charges are not included in the product or shipping price.

If the customer refuses to pay customs charges and the package is returned, a partial refund will be issued, less:

  • Original shipping cost.

  • Cost of return.

  • Handling and packing fee.

  • Customs charges incurred in Spain.

We recommend consulting with local authorities before placing an international order.

2.6. Customs and International Charges.

Shipping costs are automatically calculated in the checkout process, depending on the destination and dimensions of the package.

All returns or exchanges are subject to a handling and repacking fee of 100 €, which covers inspection, labor and packing materials. This fee applies regardless of the reason for the return, unless it is a defect confirmed under warranty.

3. Return and Refund Policy

3.1. Return Period and Return Conditions.

Products purchased directly from Noxon may be returned within 14 calendar days of the confirmed delivery date.

Returned items must be:

  • Unused and in like-new condition.

  • In their original packaging, including all protective materials, inserts, accessories and manuals.

  • Properly packaged to avoid damage in transit.

Items purchased under specific promotions may not be eligible for return, as detailed in section 4 of the warranty policy.

3.2. Exclusions.

Non-refundable:

  • Customized products or products manufactured to specific customer requirements.

  • Products returned used, damaged or incomplete.

  • Products purchased with special discounts or in promotional campaigns, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3.3. Return Procedure.

To initiate a return, the customer must contact Allbiotech at info@allbiotech.eu.

We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service. Allbiotech is not responsible for returned items that are lost or damaged in transit.

3.4. Fees and Costs.

  • A handling fee of €100 (excluding VAT) will be deducted from the refund for all eligible returns, unless the return is due to an error or defect attributable to Allbiotech.

  • All shipping, customs or return fees are the responsibility of the customer.

  • If the returned product does not meet the conditions, no refund will be issued and the customer must pay for reshipment.

  • The original shipping cost will not be refunded. If the shipment was free of charge, its estimated value will be deducted from the refund.

3.5. Shipping Liability.

The conditions of shipping liability are defined in section 2.3 of our shipping policy.

3.6. Refunds.

If the return is accepted:

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receipt and inspection of the product.

  • Refunds will be issued via the same method of original payment, less applicable fees.

3.7. Recurring Returns and Refund Policy.

Customers with a history of repeated returns may be subject to additional conditions, which include:

  • Restocking fees of up to 20% of the original price, in addition to the standard handling fee.

  • Rejection of future return requests, especially if returned items show signs of use or mishandling.

  • Requirement for full pre-approval before further returns are allowed.

Allbiotech reserves the right to assess the legitimacy of each return request and to limit the number of returns accepted per customer per year, to avoid abuse.

While we encourage flexibility and transparency, this policy seeks to protect the operational integrity and value of the product. Customers who incur purchase and return cycles inconsistent with normal use may be subject to internal review.

By placing an order with Allbiotech, the customer agrees to the terms outlined in this Terms and Conditions page.

These terms apply to all purchases unless otherwise agreed in writing.
